The e-STUDIO250 streamlines all your local or network printing requirements with standard GDI Parallel Printing or Optional PCL6 and Postscript Level 2 Page Description Languages. The imaging system provides enhanced output of 1,200 x 600 dpi Resolution and comes with 16 MB Printer Memory that is expandable to 144 MB. Convenient print features also include Duplex Printing (with the Optional ADU), Watermarks, Layout Printing, and Finishing (with the Optional Finisher).
The Web-based NetPanel Administration Utility provides easy network administration, monitoring, and configuration of printer devices anywhere on the network. All of these features combine to make the powerful e-STUDIO250 a complete printing solution for most networked office environments.

Impressive Imaging and Document Processing

The e-STUDIO250 provides impressive image output quality at 25 Pages Per Minute with outstanding 1,200 x 600 dpi Print Resolution with Smoothing Technology. A 600 x 600 dpi Scanner with 256-Level Error Diffusion Gray Scale offers outstanding reproduction from photographs and graphics.
Toshiba's patented Real Time Dynamic Range Correction (RTDRC) technology adjusts image density to match that of the original at the same time as the scanning pass. RTDRC guarantees originals, such as a newspaper with a high-density background, are produced with clear text output by eliminating background density and darkening light characters.

A Robust Array of Fax Features

The e-STUDIO250 offers powerful fax functionality with Optional Walk-up Fax, PC/LAN Faxing, and Internet Fax capabilities. The Optional Fax Board comes with a fast Super G3 33.6 Kbps Modem, and JBIG Compression for increased transmission speeds and superior image quality.

Fax productivity is enhanced with PC/LAN Faxing via the ImageVision 2000 Software Suite which lets you send and receive faxes directly from your desktop. Adding the Optional Internet Fax/Scan-to-Email Kit saves money on long distance telephone charges by enabling you to fax documents directly over the Internet.

Other e-STUDIO250 fax features include 1.4 Second Per Page Hyper Scan, a 500-Page Memory Storage through JBIG Compression, 75 One-Touch Keys, 300 Abbreviated Dial Locations, and 50 Group Dial functions.

Dynamic Digital Copying Capabilities

Working as a digital copier, the e-STUDIO250 supports a maximum 11" x 17" Paper Size and offers 25% to 400% Reduction and Enlargement off the platen. The system quickly adapts to document size and paper variations with an Optional 100-Sheet Stack Feed "Smart" Bypass that easily accommodates a variety of paper sizes and thicknesses.

Heavy work volumes are a snap with a rated volume up to 50,000 Copies Per Month. An Optional 550-Sheet Cassette, paired with a 550-Sheet Pedestal, plus an Optional 550-Sheet Drawer, or a 2,500-Sheet Large Capacity Tray, combine for a Total Capacity up to 3,700 Sheets. The e-STUDIO250 also features an Optional Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or a Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (RADF) that automatically inverts two-sided originals for copying in duplex formats. The e-STUDIO250 also offers an Optional Finisher with Single Position Stapling, and Scan Once Copy Many capabilities for fast reproduction of finished sets.

The e-STUDIO250 features Magazine Sort (Booklet Making Mode) that lets you copy multiple page documents and conveniently scales and orders pages so that they can be folded into a booklet signature.
